Hello fellas,
Who doesn't love trying out new foundations? I had been meaning to try the foundation drops since it was all over Instagram. Cover Fx drops were the first ones & now all brands are coming up with these dropper themed foundations. I got my hand on the Gosh foundation drop & I was so excited to try it.
I have textured skin, pores and a few lines here and there. While I was applying it, I loved how it felt. It's lightweight and blends so easily and it quickly covered any discoloration that I have. I was quite happy with its initial application. It felt like I had no foundation on & I hate the feel of something on my skin. Everything was good until I tried to take a selfie.
To my horror, my skin never looked that bad. The pictures came out worse than I could imagine. The foundation had sunk in all my fines lines and wrinkles I didn't know I had. My pores were exposed and it was just over all horrible. I started to panic and think I actually looked that bad. I looked like some evil character from Disney movie but if compared even Ursula & maleficient have a better foundation. So, I went on a mission to implore if my skin was old and wrinkly.
Anyways, this foundation didn't work well with my skin. I gave it to my sister, who has no texture or pores ( some people are blessed # Ma sha Allah ). The foundation looked flawless on her but so does every foundation because of her skin. So, if you are blessed with excellent skin then you would love this foundation.
I forgot to mention, It has a total of 5 shades & its meant to be light coverage foundation. If you're someone who likes full coverage than it's definitely not for you. If you have used it and it works for you, then let me know. Maybe I didn't use it or apply it properly.
Anyways, I hope you enjoyed this review,
With lots of love,
Lala.
